About me & Certifications
My name is Marina Lopez. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Coach, and Women’s Fitness Specialist. I am also a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, teaching both reformer and mat Pilates.
I graduated from Pace University with a degree in Biology and competed as a Division II college athlete. These experiences shaped my commitment to movement, strength, and overall wellness. Today, I combine my background in science, athletics, and holistic health to help women build confidence, strength, and sustainable habits.
My approach integrates evidence-based training, Pilates principles, and a whole-person perspective to support women in feeling strong, capable, and empowered in every stage of their wellness journey.

My Story & Mission
My mission is to use what healed my body to guide you toward lasting health and wellness. After navigating PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA), and Hashimoto’s, I learned how to support the body through intentional movement, deep nourishment, consistent habits, and low-toxic living. These practices didn’t just change my health—they gave me clarity, strength, and trust in my body. Through education, travel, and working with dietitians and herbalists, I built a foundation rooted in both science and lived experience.
Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor, nutrition coach, and Women’s Fitness Specialist, I guide others in building sustainable health that supports real life—physically, hormonally, and energetically.
Because wellness isn’t a trend. It’s a way of living.
