Step away from daily demands and into an intentionally structured wellness weekend designed to support rest, recovery, and reconnection. This retreat is aligned with the new moon—a time traditionally associated with reflection, release, and setting focused intentions.

Hosted in a private cabin in the Pocono Mountains, this intimate retreat integrates evidence-informed movement, restorative wellness practices, and time in nature. Daily programming includes Pilates and mindful movement, contrast therapy, sauna and hot tub access, a guided cacao ceremony, and scenic nature hikes. Evenings are reserved for intentional downtime, including star bathing and fire pit gatherings designed to encourage calm reflection and grounded connection.

The cabin is thoughtfully arranged to support both community and personal space, featuring shared living areas and an in-home gym. This retreat is structured to provide balance—guided sessions paired with unstructured time to rest, reflect, and recover.

Whether your goal is physical restoration, mental clarity, or a full nervous system reset, this weekend offers a supportive environment to move intentionally, slow down, and return home feeling clear, steady, and renewed.

  • $380 per person — Shared room (couples or shared accommodations)

  • $700 per person — Private room (single occupancy)

  • Payment Policy: A $100 non-refundable deposit from your purchase. Cancelations after March 10th are charged full price.
